Refund Policy – Dog Training Courses

By enrolling in any training course, you agree to the following refund terms:

Due to the nature of dog training and the significant variation in individual dogs, environments, and owner consistency, results cannot be guaranteed. Refunds are therefore only issued in exceptional circumstances.

A partial refund of 50% of the total course fee may be considered only after the full completion of the training programme, and strictly under the following conditions:

The owner has attended all scheduled sessions.

The owner has followed all training guidance, advice, and homework consistently throughout the course.

There has been no measurable improvement in the dog’s behaviour, as assessed by the trainer.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of course completion. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

No refunds will be given for:

Missed sessions

Failure to follow training advice

Early withdrawal from the course

Changes in the owner’s circumstances

By purchasing a training course, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Safety

‍Any instances of accident or injury to you or your dog must be reported at the time they occur. Please follow the trainer’s instructions at all times. Please keep your dog on the lead at all times unless told otherwise by your trainer. You are responsible for your dog at all times. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Health and Vaccination

‍All dogs and puppies must be suitably vaccinated against potential risk of disease, as well as being treated for internal and external parasites. There can be no guarantee that there is no risk of disease at any venue or when in contact with other dogs and equipment (such as toys). It is the owners/handler’s responsibility to ensure their dog is fully protected against the risk of disease. If the owner chooses not to routinely vaccinate their dog this is their choice and the decision is made at their own risk.

‍ Please advise in advance of any session if your dog has been unwell or if they have been in contact with another dog infected with a contagious disease. Depending on the issue, it may be advisable for the session to be cancelled or re-arranged. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure their dog is fit and healthy for the session.

‍If your dog has any know allergies or food intolerances, please make me aware before the session and provide your own appropriate food.

If your dog comes into season, please let me know ahead of the session so we can make adequate plans ahead of time.
