Abbie is the head trainer for abbietails. She grew up around dogs from the age of 2 years old and from then felt her passion for animals. Being able to understand animals (more than people in most aspects) has given her the passion to work with them. Starting with her first rescue pup in 2017 Tetley - a Chihuahua cross Jack Russel! (yes he is yappy), she pushed herself to learn the most she could about the way dogs think and how they communicate with each other. After spending 4 years at university learning animal science, she then went on to create ABBIETAILS!

 In 2024 Bonnie joined the gang. Now this is where it gets interesting...Bonnie is a fox red lab who was found by Abbie through a facebook "rehoming" organisation (who has now disappeared off the face of the earth). Looking for a dog that could keep up with the hard work of helping train other dogs, well a lab was the first to attract attention! However, after a couple of days it was clear that this "fun loving" "perfect at everything" rescue dog was infact the complete opposite. Yes...reactive to everything, everyone and would happily tear off every chance she could get. It was time to get to work...and fast. After quite literal blood, sweat and tears on Abbie's part, Bonnie has shown her full potential and is now the great stooge dog you will meet when doing training sessions with us.
